All participants are kindly asked to submit their contribution before june 15th, 2012
For each registration, a maximum number of 2 abstracts is allowed.
A special volume of Geoheritage will be organised with selected papers

REGISTRATION FEES AND DEADLINES

The registration fee includes: attendance at all scientific sessions, congress kit, no. 2 coffee breaks (September 25^th – 26^th), no. 1 lunch (September 25^th), cultural events and certificate of attendance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations regarding your registration should be submitted in writing to “Centro Italiano Congressi CIC Sud”. For cancellations before September 10 2012, 20% of the registration fees is refundable. No refund is due after this date. All refunds will be handled after the congress is over.

GUIDE FOR AUTHORS

The Authors should indicate their preference for oral or poster presentation. All contributions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee that will decide upon acceptance and form of presentation. The Authors should submit a short paper not exceeding 4 pages. Manuscripts should be submitted (in English) in .doc or .rtf  format. The template can be downloaded from the Symposium web site.
